On the screen, enter in your email address. Please use your @knoxschools.org email address. ![]() Go to Schooldude |

The next screen will prompt you to enter your last name. Enter your last name and click the Submit button to continue to the next screen.![]() Go to Schooldude |

Enter the rest of your information.

On the main page for School Dude, you will need to click on the IT Requests tab to begin a request. You are now ready to submit a request.![]() Go to Schooldude |

First select your location, building and area in the drop-down boxes as shown below. (If you would like you can click to remember this location.)![]() For steps 3 & 4 you will need to choose your problem type and provide a brief description of your technical problems. ![]() ![]() Step six will have you create a submittal password. The last screen shows that the request has been sent. This request will be sent to your school BLTC. The BLTC will determine if they can resolve the request or they will forward it to the appropriate IT Team.![]() Make sure you have filled in all theClick here to go to Schooldude |
